How often should an office be cleaned?
Most offices with ten or more staff choose a clean every business day, because kitchens, bathrooms and bins fill quickly. Smaller offices often choose two or three visits a week, with a lighter tidy in between done by staff. We will suggest a frequency after a walkthrough, and you can change it at any time.
On top of the regular clean, periodic tasks such as carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning and a deep clean of kitchens and amenities are scheduled monthly, quarterly or twice a year, so the office stays in good condition rather than just looking tidy.
What affects the price of office cleaning
Office cleaning is priced on the time it takes to clean to the agreed standard, which depends on floor area, the number of kitchens and bathrooms, how many people use the space, how often we visit and any periodic extras. A walkthrough lets us give you a fixed price per visit or per month, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
